Terms of Sale & License
Digital products
Unyx Apps sells digital software templates, source code repositories, UI kits, and prepaid service credits. All products are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. Repository access and download links are provided by email upon successful payment.
License grant
Each purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the purchased template or kit for personal and client projects, subject to the license terms included with each product. Agency licenses extend usage to unlimited projects for the purchasing organization.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Refunds
Templates and bundles are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact support@unyxapps.com with your order details. Prepaid credit packs are refundable for any unused balance within 30 days of purchase.
Acceptable use
Buyers agree not to redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased templates or source code except as permitted by the individual product license. Reselling a template as-is, or as a competing template product, is prohibited.
Updates & support
Free updates are provided for the supported lifetime of each template. Support is provided by email during published business hours. Response times are prioritized for Pro Bundle and Agency License customers.
Limitation of liability
Unyx Apps provides its products "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Privacy
Information submitted through our forms and at checkout is used solely to fulfill orders, provide support, and deliver license keys. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
